14-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on Smart Income Academy (£250 GBP). If you are not satisfied with the programme within 14 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@smartincomeacademy.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your full name and the email address used for enrolment.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exclusions

One-to-one consultations and personalised strategy sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
